Double Bass/Contrabass

图片
The double bass or contrabass is the largest and lowest-pitched bowedstring instrument used in the modern symphony orchestra. It is a standard member of the string section of thesymphony orchestra and smaller string ensembles in Western classical music.
Concord, UptonKarr-Koussevitsky and Poellmann-contrabass are all famous brands in making double bass. Our clients are mostly distributed in America and Europe, such as Lima MusicBassico and Mastri.Mostly double bass is as a solo instrument. Euro-Material Violin

The Euro-Material Violin we called here means the musical instrument which is used the European material but made in china, including the violin, viola and cello. European material refers to the wood of Alps, including the spruce for panels and the maple for dorsal plate etc. What is special about the material? As is known to all the professional makers or players, the dry material for violin would not make the violin deformation, crack, and the sound is better. Secondly, the European material is different from that of other areas. Compared with China’s material, as a panel, the lines of spruce are more precise, which have handsome looking and relatively fresh. More importantly, the fine lines impact on the vibration frequency of panel, thus affecting the audio of the violin. From the back of the pattern, we…

How to choose the right size guitar

图片
There are many ways to measure the guitars. Normally, the full size of a classic guitar is 39”; the full size of an acoustic guitar is 41”. How can we classify the guitars in 39” or 41”? For a classic guitar, you can measure it from the top of the headstock to the bottom of the body, then you will get the size 39”. For an acoustic guitar, the same way, then you will get the size 41”.
The overall length of the guitar is a good indicator of whether it is the correct size for the student.  The only way to know the true size of a guitar is to measure its “scale length”. The scale length of a guitar is the length from the “bridge” of the guitar to the “nut” of the guitar. See the example below.

As you can see from the picture above, the scale length measures the part of the strings that actually vibrate when you pluck the string. This is the only relevant way to compare guitar sizes. A 39″ classical guitar and a 41″ steel string guitar can have the exact same “scale length” and both of them …
